Who We Are

BacklinksServices.com is a link building service for agencies and businesses. We operate this website and are responsible for the information described here. You can reach us about anything on this page at hello@backlinksservices.com.

What We Collect

We only receive personal information that you choose to send us. When you submit the form on our Contact page we receive your name, your email address, the service you selected and your message. We do not create accounts, we do not process payments through this website, and we do not ask for sensitive personal information.

Like most websites, our pages also use Google Analytics 4 (tag G-ED8SMDFVFY) and Microsoft Clarity. These tools set cookies or similar identifiers and record standard technical data: the pages you view, how long you stay, clicks and scroll behaviour, your browser and device type, an approximate location derived from your IP address, and the site you arrived from. This data reaches us in aggregate.

How We Use It

We use your enquiry to reply to you, to prepare a quote or proposal, to discuss and deliver work if you decide to hire us, and to keep a record of our correspondence. Analytics data is used to understand which pages are useful and to fix what is not.

What We Never Do

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not add you to marketing lists. We share information only with the providers that run parts of this site on our behalf, FormSubmit.co to deliver contact form messages to our email inbox, and Google and Microsoft for the analytics and behaviour tools described above, or where we are legally required to do so.

How Long We Keep It

We keep enquiry emails and the correspondence that follows for as long as we need them to handle your enquiry and any work that results, and in any case no longer than three years. Analytics data is kept for the retention periods configured in our Google and Microsoft accounts.

Access and Deletion

Email hello@backlinksservices.com with the subject line “data request” and we will confirm what we hold about you, correct anything inaccurate or delete it, usually within 30 days. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and Google and Microsoft each publish opt-out tools for their analytics products. The website works normally without them.

If we change how we handle information we will update this page and the date at the top. The version shown here always applies.
